Metal and metal-framed restorations
Metal-based restorations are among the most widespread and well-proven types of dental restoration.

Gold inlay/onlay/crown:
The most conservative type of restoration. We use it in the molar region, where only the most minimal removal of tooth structure is possible. CAD/CAST technology gives us both precision and cost efficiency. Gold restorations have an unrivalled accuracy of fit, which makes them exceptionally durable. From 2025 our gold restorations are produced at the headquarters of the German company BEGO, based on our own digital designs.

You can read more about CAD/CAST technology here: a-classic-case-with-digital-support.html
Metal-framed restorations:
We use metal-ceramic and composite-veneered metal-framed restorations only for long-span bridges. We produce the metal frameworks with CAD/CAM technology as well, by laser sintering or milling, depending on the requirement.
In every other case metal-free solutions are recommended.
