1. Who processes your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as our activities do not fall under the mandatory cases listed in Article 37 GDPR.

2. The contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the following data: name, e-mail address, company name (practice or laboratory), the subject of your enquiry, the message itself, and the page from which the form was sent. We may add an internal status and note so that colleagues can see how the enquiry is progressing.

The purpose is to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and set up professional cooperation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

We do not store IP addresses, browser identifiers or location data with the form.

3. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 2 years from the last substantive contact, so that we know the history if you come back to us later. After that we delete them. On request we delete them sooner.

If an enquiry leads to an order, we keep the data related to invoicing for 8 years under Section 169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000 on accounting. This obligation is independent of this website.

4. Who has access to your data

We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing. The following providers act as processors and have access only to the extent required for operation:

If we later enable e-mail notifications for enquiries, the e-mail provider used for that will be listed here.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare is a United States company, so your data may also be processed outside the EU. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and/or standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies

This website uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and performs no profiling. The following technical cookies are used:

These cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work, so we do not ask for separate consent.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request a copy of your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and ask for your data in a portable format.

Send your request to info@yourdentallab.eu or to the postal address above. We reply within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by two months, of which we will inform you.

8. Complaints

If you believe our processing infringes your rights, please contact us first — most questions are resolved fastest that way. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

You may also go to court; the action may be brought before the tribunal of your place of residence or stay.

9. Changes to this policy

If the operation of the site or the list of our providers changes, we will update this policy and show the new effective date at the top.
