Metal-free restorations

Glass ceramics
Their light absorption and light reflection properties are almost identical to those of natural teeth, which makes it possible to produce the most aesthetic restorations. Owing to their flexural strength they can be used only for partial and single-unit restorations. We produce glass ceramic work with both conventional and CAD/CAM techniques. The materials we use: E.max CAD and E.max Press.
Zirconia
The most versatile metal-free material. It offers precise fit, durability and aesthetics at the same time. Depending on the indication and on the type used, we also provide monolithic, cutback, micro-layered and fully custom-layered zirconia restorations. As raw material we use premium-grade blanks from the American manufacturer Sagemax.
Composite
In addition to veneering metal frameworks, modern ceramic-filled laboratory composites are suitable for producing partial restorations under dental laboratory conditions. Their hardness matches that of natural teeth, so they are gentle on the antagonist dentition. Their optimal translucency gives them outstanding aesthetics, and they are more durable than the composite filling materials available in the dental practice. We use composites of this type exclusively for veneering full-arch restorations, with an injection technique.
We produce composite inlays and crowns with CAD/CAM technology, from Ivoclar Tetric CAD blanks.
