Inadequate quality not only harms patient satisfaction, it also puts your own reputation at risk.
Most milling centres compete on speed and low prices. That sounds good at first, but for exactly that reason the use of materials, the quality of machining or the following of technological instructions can be questionable.
If the raw material is of uncertain origin, the quality of your end result will be uncertain too - and on top of that you will not be able to meet the requirements of the MDR.
If the machining is fast but not thorough, the carefully designed details are lost.
If the milling tools are not replaced in time, the crown margins can chip and the restoration will fit poorly.
If the post-processing is not done in the green state, it will cost you a great deal of time after sintering, and micro-cracks can easily develop as well.
If the sintering programme is not the right one, both the aesthetics and the service life of your restoration deteriorate.

With us every detail of your digital design counts. We work according to strict protocols and with quality control.
We check and review the digital designs in every case. If there is a design error or an oversight, we let you know in time so that you can correct the design and it does not affect the delivery date. You always receive written confirmation of the start of production and of the expected delivery.
Our laboratory works in close cooperation with Sagemax, the zirconia manufacturer, so we get the newest, most innovative raw materials first-hand.
We record our work in digital laboratory management software, so every job is traceable. We issue a certificate for the blanks used, stating the LOT number. This way you can be sure that you get what you ordered, and you need not worry about MDR compliance either.
During design you can work according to the parameters officially recommended by the manufacturer.
If needed, we help you copy the settings into your software.
We mill the restorations from exactly the blank that matches the material you set, so this can help your administration as well.
We always pay attention to correct nesting within the blank. With multilayer blanks this is particularly important, so that the translucency, the shade transitions and the strength of the restoration are ideal.
For the most accurate machining possible we use milling tools of the following diameters:
We measure the service life of the milling tools to the minute and always replace them in time - so you get consistent quality and the finely designed details are preserved.
We also undertake the manufacture of screw-retained, angulated screw channel and even iBar constructions.
The 0.3 mm and the right-angle tool, together with the option of 90-degree machining, enable us to manufacture even complex constructions to a high quality, down to the finest details.
After milling we precisely work back the support pins, then on request we provide the following with green-state staining:
We work exclusively with long sintering programmes - this is how we ensure maximum translucency, correct shades and accuracy.
Every single restoration is produced with MDR-compatible documentation, with detailed designation of the material, the shade and the LOT number, so that it is fully traceable.
